Once a sealed product has been opened, its contents are generally not considered defective merely because a particular card, rarity, insert, pull, or variation was not included.

The contents and distribution of cards inside sealed products are determined by the manufacturer.

Unless specifically stated in the product description, Lotus TCG does not guarantee that a particular card, rarity, insert, variation, or pull will be present.

6. Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect may include an issue caused during the production or packaging process.
